Shop Efficiency Manager/Secondary Operations Technician

We are seeking a Shop Efficiency Manager and Secondary Operations Technician who will play a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and high-quality work environment while gaining hands-on experience in CNC machining and manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform secondary operations on CNC-machined parts, such as deburring, finishing, assembly, and inspection.
• Support shop organization and efficiency through 5S principles—Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
• Assist in material handling, machine loading/unloading, and general shop maintenance.
• Work closely with machinists and quality control to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Learn and follow lean manufacturing techniques to improve workflow and minimize waste.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Take on opportunities for on-the-job training and career growth, with the potential to develop into a CNC machinist or technician role.

• Basic mechanical aptitude; prior experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidate!
